In compliance with the Bulgarian Commercial Act and the EU legislation the procedure for company establishment in Bulgaria is very simple.
Before starting the procedure you need to be ready with the following answers which briefly are:

Company name & Registered seat?
Legal form & Number of Shareholders?
Amount of Share capital & Choose the Serving bank?
Legal Advisers and/or Accountants?
There are different form of legal entities depending on the number of shareholders and the types of contributions.
They could be:
Limited Liability Company /Ltd as well as Sole Owned Ltd;
Joint Stock Company /JSC as well as Sole Owned JSC;
General Partnerships /GP;
Sole traders;

The procedure of company registration shall be fulfilled into the Trade Register of the Registry Agency. Once the company is registered the next step is VAT registration into the National Revenue Agency.
